The terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Leonide (“Leonide,” “I,” “we”) for your use of the Leonide website and service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Leonide.

Leonide is operated by Levan Chikvaidze, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, trading as Leonide, at hello@leonide.ai. That is who you are contracting with, and who answers when you write.

Leonide is a tool that helps you build and keep a consistent personal brand on X. It researches your public presence, works from the material you give it, and produces a personal brand strategy plus suggestions for posts and replies. The AI shapes your own material; it does not replace it. Leonide never posts on your behalf. You copy what you approve and publish it yourself.

You need an account to use Leonide. Keep your login secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Accounts are for one person; do not share them.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Leonide.

You keep ownership of everything you bring to Leonide and everything it builds for you: your answers, your documents, your brand strategy, and your drafts. You grant Leonide only the permission needed to process that material to run the service for you. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use it to train AI models.

The other direction holds too: the Leonide software, design, name, and everything that makes the service run stay ours. Your account gives you the right to use the service, not a licence to any of that.

Leonide's output is a starting point, not a finished, guaranteed, or professional product. It can be wrong or imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish it. Leonide does not provide legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice.

Leonide reads public information from X through the X API to research your presence and the conversation around it. Leonide is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by X Corp. Your use of X remains subject to X's own terms, and you agree to follow them. If X changes or limits its API, some features may change or stop working.

You agree not to use Leonide to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• harass, deceive, or harm others;
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service;
• resell or redistribute the service without permission.

Leonide is sold as a subscription, monthly or annual, at the prices on the pricing page. You will always see the price before you are charged, and your plan renews automatically until you cancel. If a price changes, it does not change for you mid-term; you will be told before any new price applies.

Promotional and founding pricing applies for the duration stated when you take it, exactly as shown at checkout. When that duration ends, the standard price for your plan applies from the next renewal.

Payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for Leonide. Paddle appears on your statement, handles VAT and sales tax where it applies, and its buyer terms apply to the transaction itself.

You can cancel any time from Settings and keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by the refund policy, which is part of these terms: monthly payments are not refunded once the month is served, and annual plans carry a 14-day full refund.

Nobody is charged without choosing a paid plan first. Parts of Leonide are free to try before that choice; free allowances are limited, one per person and per X account, and their shape may change.

Alongside the plans there are two one-time purchases. Credits are extra AI actions: one credit is one drafted post, reply or check. They are spent only after the daily allowance included in your plan is used up, never before it, and never by an account without a plan. They do not expire and they carry across plan changes.

A brand rebuild writes your brand again from scratch, replacing the current one. Some plans include rebuilds each year, as stated on the pricing page; the one-time purchase is for when your plan's allowance is spent, or when it has none.

Both are charged once, at the price shown at checkout, and neither renews. Refunds for them are covered by the refund policy: unspent credits are refundable for 14 days, spent ones are not, and a rebuild is not refundable once it has run.

Leonide is an early-stage product. It may change, have downtime, or have bugs, and features may be added or removed. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

Leonide is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise any particular result from using it.

To the extent the law allows, Leonide is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

To the same extent, Leonide's total liability for all claims together is limited to the amount you paid Leonide in the twelve months before the claim arose or, if you have paid nothing, to fifty US dollars.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law where you live gives you and does not allow to be limited.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access to accounts that break these terms. When your account is deleted, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Money at each kind of ending: if you delete your account, any active subscription is cancelled and the refund policy applies as if you had cancelled. If we end your access for breaking these terms, the current period is not refunded, except where the law where you live requires it. And if Leonide is ever retired as a service, anyone who has paid for time beyond the shutdown gets that unused time refunded.

We may update these terms as the product grows. If we make a material change, we will update the date above, and where the change affects a paid plan you will be told by email with reasonable notice before it applies. Continuing to use Leonide after a change means you accept it; if you do not, cancel and the refund policy applies.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stands. Not enforcing a term today does not waive it tomorrow. These terms, with the refund policy and the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the service. We may transfer this agreement as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business; your rights under it stay intact if we do. You may not transfer your account.

You are responsible for what you publish. What Leonide drafts is a suggestion; the decision to post it, and the consequences of posting it, are yours.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia have jurisdiction over disputes, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Questions? Reach me at hello@leonide.ai.
