Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel from Settings at any time, in a couple of clicks. No call, no form, no retention offer. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. Nothing renews after that.

I do not refund months that have already been served. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not undo the last one. At these prices, cancelling is the protection: the most you can be out is one month.

If you pay for a year up front and change your mind within 14 days of that payment, write to me and you get the whole thing back. No reasons needed. Paying for twelve months in advance deserves a real guarantee, so this one is firm.

After 14 days, an annual plan runs its term. If you cancel mid-year, you keep access until the year is up.

Credits are extra AI actions, spent only after your plan's daily allowance is gone. They do not expire, they carry over month to month, and they stay with your account if you change plan. They are not refundable once spent, for the obvious reason: the work was done and it cost real money to do.

Unspent credits, within 14 days, come back in full. Write to me with the transaction and I refund the unused portion. If you bought 100 and used 12, you get the value of the other 88 back.

A brand rebuild is delivered the moment you use it, so it is not refundable once the new brand has been written. Before you use it, the same 14 days apply. If a rebuild fails halfway and leaves you without a document, that is not a refund question, that is me fixing it.

Policies are for the normal case. If Leonide broke, charged you twice, or plainly failed you, write to me at hello@leonide.ai and I will fix it or refund it. I would rather do that than have you stuck with something you cannot use. Every message reaches me directly.

Your brand document is yours, always, whether you cancel on day two or year two. While your plan runs, export it any time from the Personal Brand page, as a PDF or as Markdown. After it ends, the document is still there: sign in and download it from the screen you land on. Cancelling stops the living part: the daily post, the scoring, and the questions that sharpen the document. The document itself stays as it was on the day you left.

Payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for Leonide. That means Paddle appears on your statement and handles the tax side. Refunds go back through Paddle to the card or account you paid with, and normally land within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

If you think a charge is wrong, please write to me first. It is almost always faster than a bank dispute, and I would rather hear the problem from you than from a chargeback notice.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that the law where you live gives you. Where local consumer law grants you more than this policy does, the law wins.
