My promise

Your material is yours.

Leonide is built from what you have already said and what you tell it. That material stays yours. Here is exactly what that means.

  • We never sell it, and we never share it with anyone who isn't running Leonide for you.
  • We never use it to train AI models, and neither do the services that help build your brand.
  • No trackers, no ad pixels, nothing watching what you do here.
  • Your brand is walled off from every other user. Yours alone to see.
  • You can export or delete it whenever you want.

We are not anonymous, because building your brand means knowing who you are. What we promise is privacy. What you bring here does not leave here.

Who this is

Leonide (“Leonide,” “I,” “we”) provides the Leonide personal-brand service and is the controller of the data described here. Leonide is operated by Levan Chikvaidze, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, trading as Leonide. For any privacy question, contact hello@leonide.ai.

What I collect

  • Your account: your email address, and, if you sign in with Google or with X, the basic profile that provider returns (your name, avatar, and, for X, your handle).
  • Your X handle and public posts: the handle you give, and the public posts and replies I read from X to research and grade your brand. I only read what is already public.
  • What you tell me: the answers, goals, and edits you type while building and refining your brand.
  • Documents you upload: a CV or writing you choose to add, used only to understand you better.
  • Voice you dictate: if you use voice input, the short audio clip is sent for transcription and is not stored after the text comes back.
  • Usage records: basic logs of actions (for example, how many drafts you generate) to run the service, keep it secure, and understand costs.
  • Billing records: if you buy a plan or credits, your plan, credit balance, and payment history. Never your card number, which only Paddle sees.
  • Feedback: anything you send through the feedback box.

How I use it

To research, build, and keep your personal brand; to generate posts, replies, and a consistency score; to run, secure, and improve the service; and to answer you when you get in touch. That is all. I do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who helps process it

Leonide runs on a small set of trusted providers. They process your data only to provide their part of the service, under their own security and privacy terms:

  • Supabase: database, sign-in, and file storage.
  • Vercel: hosting and delivery of the website.
  • Anthropic: the AI that shapes your material into your brand and drafts. It does not train its models on what is sent through the API.
  • Groq: voice-to-text transcription, used only when you dictate. The audio is processed to return the text and is not used to train models.
  • X (Twitter) API: the source I read your public posts and the public conversation from.
  • Sentry: error monitoring, so I find out when something breaks. It receives technical crash reports, stored in the EU. It is configured not to collect your IP address or your material.
  • Resend: sending email, such as sign-in and account messages. It receives your email address in order to deliver them, from EU infrastructure.
  • Paddle: payment processing, when you buy a paid plan. Paddle is the merchant of record: it receives your email and billing details to sell to you, under its own privacy terms. Leonide never sees your card number.

For readers in the EU or UK, where the GDPR asks me to name the legal basis for each use: almost everything above is processed to perform our contract, that is, to build and run your brand because you asked. Security logs, error reports, and cost accounting rest on legitimate interest in running the service safely. Voice dictation runs only when you choose to use it, which is consent, withdrawn by simply not using it. Billing records are kept to meet legal obligations, such as tax law.

AI training

Your material is never used to train AI models, by me or by the providers above. Your brand is built for you, not folded into anyone else's model.

Cookies

Leonide sets only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics trackers, and no third-party pixels, which is why you will not see a cookie consent banner: there is nothing non-essential to consent to.

Keeping and deleting your data

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can download your brand at any time, and you can delete your account from Settings. Deleting removes your brand, posts, comments, documents, and photo right away. Routine backups may hold copies for a short period before they cycle out.

Your rights

You can see, correct, export, or delete your data. Export and delete are built into the app; for anything else, email me. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, and you can exercise them by getting in touch. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, though I would appreciate the chance to resolve it directly first.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and every user's data is walled off from every other user at the database level. No system is perfectly secure, but your material is treated as private by default.

International processing

The providers above may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the EU or UK, it travels under recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy framework the provider participates in. By using Leonide you understand your data may be processed there to run the service.

Age

Leonide is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will change with it, and a material change will be flagged where appropriate.
