Excavation, not invention.
You do not need a brand invented for you. You already have one. It is in the things you keep saying, the fights you keep picking, the people you keep talking to. What you do not have is a record of it, so it drifts. One week you sound like yourself. The next week you sound like everyone else in your feed.
What it does
Leonide reads your real material and writes it down as a nine section brand spec: your narrative, your audiences, your positioning, your essence, your archetype, your values, your tone, your words, your pillars. It is the document a strategist would hand you after a long interview, except it is built from what you have already said in public rather than from what you can remember to tell it.
After that, the spec has a job. Every post you draft, every reply you write, every version of your bio gets checked against it, and scored. That score is the only number here. It goes up when you sound like yourself.
How it works
It starts by reading you, not by asking you. Your posts, your replies, your profile, the things people say back to you. Then it asks one question, the one no research can answer: where are you trying to get to.
From there the spec is built and locked. It is not a first draft you keep editing. It is a position you now have to hold.
Then it stays with you. A question a day, the kind a good strategist asks: not what are your values, but what did you refuse last month and why. Each answer sharpens a section. The brand you started with is not the brand you have in six months, and that is the point. It deepens because you did.
Why
Three things this stands against.
Philosophical strategy that never touches ground. A brand essence you cannot write a post from is decoration. Every section here ends in something you can use on a Tuesday.
Practical strategy without soul. A content calendar is not a brand. Pillars with nothing underneath them produce posts with nothing underneath them.
Work made by a machine and passed off as human insight. This is the hard one, because Leonide is a machine. So the rule is narrow and it does not bend: the material is yours. Every line in your spec traces back to something you actually said or actually decided. Where you gave nothing, the spec says so instead of filling the gap with a sentence that could belong to anyone.
The test is simple. Read your spec and see whether you recognise yourself in it. If it reads like it was generated, it failed. It should read like it was found.
